What should I expect once my order has been placed?
Step 1) Place order online. (Order confirmation will be emailed immediately.)
Step 2) Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Note: During a period of high demand, processing may take 4-6 business days.
Step 3) Once your order is collected by Canada Post, your tracking status will update to reflect “Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending.” This means that Canada Post has your package on their truck and it is on its way to the Canada Post Origin Facility where your package will be sorted.
Step 4) Once your package has been sorted you will receive a scheduled delivery date.
Due to COVID-19 measures and mandates delivery may take 7-10 business days. Please be patient with us. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days contact us immediately.
