Who does Outrageously Me. Inc. use for shipping?

At this time we use Canada Post for all shipping needs. We use the following shipping speeds:

When will my items be shipped?

Once you you placed your order online, we will ship your items within 1-3 business days. 

Note: Please allow for periods of high demand, processing may take 5-7 business days.

Once your order has been picked up by Canada Post, you will receive an update that your items have been shipped.

Where does Outrageously Me. Inc ship?

We currently ship within Canada only at this time. We are working on having our butters reach the U.S. for the near future.

Are our products tested on animals

No! Outrageously Me. Inc. is animal friendly and does not believe in animal testing of any kind.

Are the products vegan or plant based?

Yes, Outrageously Me. Inc. are currently vegan, we use all plant based ingredients that allow your skin to absorb the nutrients nature has to offer.

Do Outrageously Me. Inc. products expire?

Our products have a 1 year shelf life because our ingredients are all natural. 

Where does Outrageously Me. Inc. source their butters from?

We are happy to say that our butters are sourced from Ghana through a third-party company that is focused on building and supporting communities in Ghana. On each purchase that Outrageously Me. Inc makes for our butters, we donate up to 10% to the community that has hand made the Shea butter.

How does our butters help my skin?

For our butters, we use natural ingredients that contain nutrients for your skin. The butters are made to help dry skin, eczema, and psoriasis. Our butters, hold in moisture and helps soften your skin.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I place a return or exchange?

First, Outrageously Me. Inc would like to apologies for any products that you are not satisfied with. Please reach out to support@outrageouslyme.com with your order number and the products that need to be returned or exchanged.

How long does it take to see a return on my statement?

Typically, returns to credit cards take between 3 - 10 business days to appear.
